We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and its pot in place, preventing soil spillage and physical damage. Each plant is carefully inspected and hydrated before its journey to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in peak condition.
What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Happy Plant Guarantee.' If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first 30 days, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer plant care advice for beginners?
Absolutely! Every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species. Additionally, our customer support team includes plant experts available to answer any questions about lighting, watering, or repotting.
Do you ship during the winter months?
Yes, we ship year-round. During colder months, we include complimentary heat packs and insulated wrap in our packaging to protect tropical plants from freezing temperatures during transit.
Are your plants safe for pets?
While many of our plants are pet-friendly, some can be toxic if ingested. We clearly label each product page with 'Pet-Friendly' or 'Toxic to Pets' icons to help you make the safest choice for your home.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once a plant has been prepared for shipping or picked up by the courier, we are unable to make changes to the order.
