If your plant arrives in poor condition or your hardware is defective, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Document the Issue
Snap a few clear photos of the plant or item, especially focusing on any areas of damage or health concerns within 48 hours of delivery.
- 2.Contact Support
Send an email to our plant care team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos you collected.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our horticulturists will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or troubleshooting tips to revive your plant.
- 4.Ship or Refund
For non-living items, use the provided prepaid label to ship the product back; for live plants, we will process your refund or ship a healthy replacement immediately.
